“Professional, personable, and easy to schedule. I called because of messes from dogs, plus mechanic grease on the carpet. The carpet looks amazing… literally every stain was gone, which exceeded my expectations. More importantly, Mark educated me that cleanliness and making sure my carpets are sanitary is the main concern. Now I can sleep easy and allergy free. Thanks Mark!”
In their own words.
A note on where these come from: most were written by customers Mark served in Palm Beach County — Jupiter, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and nearby — before he moved his business to Ocala. Same Mark, same truck-mounted system, same guarantee.
“The quality of work and attention paid to detail is why Mark is simply the best floor care company that I have ever dealt with. After the work was completed, my home was spotless and everything was in its place.”
Abe GlickmanBoca Raton · Insurance broker “Thank you for the great cleaning job you did, both at my home and office. Not only was your quality top notch, but it was obvious you took great interest in making sure your customers were happy. These days that is somewhat unusual. Also, we appreciated that you did what you said you were going to do, when you said you were going to do it. All that, plus you were courteous and had a super attitude. I'm happy to refer Mark to anyone who wants to get their carpets cleaned and know they can depend on the person they utilize to do an excellent job.”
