Carpet Cleaning
Mark pre-treats traffic lanes and spots, then rinses deep into the fibers with a truck-mounted hot water extraction system — the method Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet maker, recommends. The machine stays outside in the truck, and only the hose comes in, so your home stays quiet and cool. He cleans every fiber type and construction: nylon, wool, cut pile, berber and woven. Carpet is priced by the square foot, and three rooms usually run $175–$225, before any current special.

Tile & Grout
Every time you mop, you push dirty water into your grout. Mark scrubs each line and rinses the residue away under high pressure, then seals — or color-seals — the grout on request so it stays clean longer. The results are dramatic.

Wood & LVP Floors
Hardwood and LVP need a lighter touch. Mark uses pH-balanced cleaners and controlled moisture to lift built-up grime and haze without harming the finish. For tired, scratched wood he offers dustless wax removal, buffing and polishing, color correction, and a full screen & recoat with modern, non-yellowing polyurethane — often saving thousands over replacement. He also strips and re-waxes VCT (vinyl composition tile) in kitchens, laundry rooms and businesses.

Area & Oriental Rugs

Pet Urine & Odor Removal
Pet urine doesn't stay on the surface. It soaks through to the backing and pad, crystallizes and keeps smelling, which is why shampooing or a rental machine rarely gets rid of it. Mark treats each spot down to the backing and pad with odor-removal products made for urine, then rinses with truck-mounted hot water extraction. It works on carpet, area rugs and upholstery. If a spot has damaged the pad or carpet beyond what cleaning can fix, he'll tell you before starting, and can repair it.
